Return Policy

Returns within 30 days of delivery
You may return new, unopened items shipped from IGC’s warehouse within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. In order to receive full credit, items should be returned in their original packaging. Please note that if your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. Products where shipping is included in the price will have the actual shipping charges deducted from your refund.

Returns more than 30 days after delivery
Unless declared defective, product returned more than 30 days after delivery will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge plus any charges required to repackage item.  In addition, customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless product is declared defective (see below).

Return of Drop-Shipped products
Many of our products - including but not limited to greenhouse structures, heaters, fans and custom fabricated products – are “drop-shipped” directly from the manufacturer. It is important for the customer to be aware that all drop-shipped products are subject to the return policy of the specific manufacturer. Restocking fees for drop-shipped products may be as high as 20% depending upon the return policy of the specific manufacturer and some items are not returnable at all. If this is of concern, please contact IGC customer service at (888) 281-9337 to confirm the specific return policy for any of our products before finalizing your purchase.

Defective Products
Contact IGC customer service within 30 days of delivery if you believe the product received from us is defective. Instructions will be provided to have the product returned for inspection. If the product is declared defective, you will have the option to accept a replacement or be credited both purchase price of the product and the return shipping cost. If replacement item is desired, IGC will not ship the new item until receipt of defective goods.  Products determined to be non-defective will be processed as a return.

RMA’s
All defective or returned goods must be returned freight prepaid to the address provided by International Greenhouse Company. Prior to return a "Return Material Authorization Number" must be obtained from International Greenhouse Company - credit may not be issued for returns sent without a RMA number.  Credit will be applied within 5 days of receipt and inspection by IGC.

Exclusions
Specially cut and custom fabricated items including but not limited to polyethylene film, polycarbonate panels and shade cloth are not returnable. We will, however, exchange any defective items. Specially fabricated items that do not meet ordered specifications (within stated tolerances) will be replaced upon confirmation of discrepancy by IGC or IGC's agent. Customer may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges if it is confirmed that returned pieces do indeed meet stated tolerances.
